Business Development Manager

Your tasks

We have three different target groups with our voucher products. On the one hand, we convince companies of providing our vouchers to their employees for employee retention. On the other hand, marketing and sales staff use our products for customer retention.

To further strengthen our position in the market, we are looking for sales managers for all areas and all levels of experience who enjoy sales and want to determine their income themselves through an attractive variable salary component.

Key responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new companies for our voucher solutions and innovative employee benefit programs
• Identification of decision-makers within the companies from the areas of personnel, marketing and sales.
• Pursuing sustainable business relationships through professional care of important decision-makers, such as:
• Cross-selling within companies
• Conducting customer meetings and product demonstrations, both in person and via web meeting
• Monitoring and analysis of the market to ensure the best possible market coverage of our products
• Preparation of reports and planning of personal forecasts

Requirements

You are a born salesperson

It makes you happy to sell a product that only offers benefits

You have a high level of initiative, self-sufficiency, organizational talent, and a careful working style

You are eager to participate in a new product and proactively contribute to the redesign and development of the product's sales

You have first professional experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector

You have very good German language skills
