Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, experienced Patient Care Coordinator - Piedmont. You will be responsible for initial patient contact following the physician consultation, and handle the full coordination of all prescreening requirements for IUI, IVF, FET treatment cycles up to the point where treatment is initiated.
Requirements
- High school diploma required, Bachelorās degree preferred or comparable experience in reproductive medicine
- At least 1 year of MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE experience required
- Fertility experience is highly preferred
- Customer Service Driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Effective organizational, communication and computer skills are a must
