Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Financial Counselor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient accounts while supporting patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and options.
Requirements
- Responsible for financial counseling of prospective and new patients
- Establishes an ongoing relationship with patients, in an effort to provide financial counseling throughout the treatment process
- Assists patients with patient account questions and serve as a resource & liaison between internal advocate departments and insurance carriers
