Coordinador/a de Daños y Mermas - Maquinaria

The Operational Damage and Loss Coordinator will focus on the recovery of losses and damages of the equipment operation in rental, defined as operational damage of customer responsibility, and provide complementary services to customers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in service or customer service, post-sales or technical assistance
• Desirable experience in the Rental, Operational Leasing, Machinery, Operations, Technical Service sector
• Knowledge of SAP
• Domain of Office
• Domain of KPI application
