Vice President, Data and Artificial Intelligence

Incline P&C Group is seeking a Vice President of Data & AI to lead the company's enterprise data, analytics, and artificial intelligence strategy, building and scaling a modern data organization, enabling AI-powered insights and products, and transforming how data is leveraged across underwriting, actuarial, finance, and operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or related leadership roles
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise data and analytics organizations
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Advanced degree preferred
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures, data modeling, and analytics platforms
• Experience with AI/ML concepts, tools, and real-world business applications
• Strong understanding of insurance data, including policy, claims, billing, and underwriting workflows
• Ability to translate business strategy into data and AI execution plans
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change
• Clear, confident communicator who can align technical teams and business stakeholders
