Mental Health Therapist

Included Health is seeking a 100% remote Mental Health Therapist to join its team of dedicated mental health clinicians. The therapist will deliver individual therapy sessions through a telehealth platform, focusing on patient care and documentation.

Requirements

• Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations, and compile patient medical data
• Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of our peer review QA process
