The Senior Client Success Manager is a commercially focused and experienced role responsible for a large, complex client with ARR of +$100M. They will be accountable for the day-to-day activities of a client, ensuring retention, upsell, NPS and OKR targets are met.
Requirements
- 7+ years client success experience in the Benefits/Healthcare space
- Recent experience in Client Success/Account Management
- Proven Relationship Builder

- Results: Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver client contractual commitments and results
- Accountable: Take personal accountability for decisions, actions, and processes needed to support long term client relationships
