Training Specialist

We are seeking a Training Specialist to drive technical proficiency and excellence across internal teams by designing, organizing, and managing comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with instructional design expertise, ensuring that all training is engaging, consistent, and effective.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Education in education, Instructional Design, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years in technical training, product education, or instructional design, preferably within technical environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organization skills
• Proven ability to learn and demonstrate complex technical products, platforms, or systems
• Experience with Linux command line
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in creating interactive eLearning content and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with screen capture/video editing software, AI-enabled training video creation software such as Arcade or Camtasia or Articulate Storyline
