
Job description
Manage day-to-day responsibilities of a large office with a staff size greater than five people. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, evaluation, scheduling, and supervision of personnel, as well as managing office operations, finances, and patient care.
Answer phones, assist with patient complaints, cover for other staff members, review physician schedules, create daily schedules, order office supplies, maintain accurate records, and operate the office under budget constraints.
Ideal candidate is able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, deal effectively with employees, and train personnel. Must be willing to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
