GRADUATE NURSE - Clarion Hospital

A Graduate Nurse is responsible for the complete nursing care of a group of patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Graduate Nurse is part of a 12-month Nurse Residency Program and is expected to actively promote a Lean work culture and participate in unit performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• Graduate Nurse degree from an approved program by the State Board of Nursing
• Current licensure not completed (eligible to take NCLEX-RN exam)
• Ability to perform essential functions listed on the Physical Conditions and Working Conditions chart
• Participate in the Nurse Residency Program and mentorship program
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
