Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner IV - Behavioral Health-Latrobe position is responsible for managing the physical and psychological problems of patients, identifying normal and abnormal findings, and implementing an individualized plan of treatment. The role requires strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements
- The successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
- Licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with prescriptive authority certified by a national certifying board accepted by Excela Health
- Current DEA registration
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- PA Act 153 Clearance
