PATIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE - URGENT CARE

The Patient Services Associate will perform administrative and secretarial functions in direct support of the Physician Practice. This includes interacting with customers, facilitating scheduling, and maintaining accurate patient information. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, good organizational abilities, and the ability to communicate complex topics to a diverse audience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or next level of higher education
• Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, and sound judgment
• Previous outpatient office experience (2 years' experience in a medical/billing/fiscal or customer service function strongly preferred)
• Medical terminology and third-party health care coverage experience preferred
