Part-time Custodian

Independence Preparatory Academy is a new, academically challenging, highly structured, and joyful K-8 school in Fairfield, AL. We are seeking a Part-Time Custodian to support the daily cleanliness, safety, and readiness of our school building.

Requirements

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred (school setting a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a background check in compliance with Alabama state law
