Requirements

• Sales-minded individual
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to take initiative
• Excellent follow-up skills via telephone and email correspondence
• Experience with HUD Section 8 subsidy programs
• Proficiency with Paycom software and Microsoft Office suite (preferred)
• Experience with RealPage OneSite (preferred)
