Job Description
Independent Management Services is a full-service property management and marketing firm seeking a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, willing to learn, and has superior attention to detail with outstanding communications skills. Responsibilities include resident service requests, preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring property grounds are well-groomed.
Requirements
- Customer service oriented
- Working knowledge of basic maintenance concepts (plumbing, repair, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of commercial/small grounds equipment and supplies
- Ability to prioritize work orders and projects based on need
- Possess a high degree of troubleshooting and problem-solving
