Requirements

• Leadership experience in Ad-Tech
• 7+ years' experience working within Ad-Tech
• 2-3+ years' experience leading a team or coaching
• Advanced knowledge of Open RTB specifications and requirements
• Expert Knowledge of SQL, JSON, and experience querying complex datasets
• Advanced problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to learn and scrape KAFKA topics and parse Audit log data
• Experience managing large projects with multiple cross functional stakeholders
• Advanced presentation and communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic
• A proficiency for data-driven decision making
• Ability to work in both collaborative and independent settings
• In depth knowledge of the online advertising industry
• Buy side and campaign optimization knowledge
• Familiarity with Kafka and other data streaming technologies
• Familiarity with BI (Business Intelligence) tools like Looker and Redash
• Automation and scripting experience
