Index Exchange is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead strategic client engagements, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and design and implement advanced solutions that drive performance and meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Understanding the Ad Tech industry: deep understanding of Adtech and Martech technology, including SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and Data Activation Platforms.
- Technical Leader: confident in leading technical discussions, making strategic decisions, and providing guidance on complex integrations.
- Customer-Focused Problem Solver: able to solve challenging client issues and think strategically to provide long-term solutions that align with business goals.
- Strong Communicator & Collaborative Partner: able to work cross-functionally to ensure client needs are met and that internal teams are aligned.

- Education: College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: solid experience in Ad Operations, Solutions Consulting, or a related technical role, with demonstrated experience working with large publishers or advertisers within the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Technical Skills: expertise in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries, proficiency in using and writing Kafka queries, proficiency in JavaScript for creating custom solutions and debugging, experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM/ticketing systems, experience working with large-scale integrations and advanced technical configurations.
