Senior Project Manager - Interactive Web Experiences

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager - Interactive Web Experiences to join our team at INDG. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-end interactive web experiences, from initial client contact through to final deployment. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, organization, and innovation - turning complex creative visions into smooth, successful deliveries!

Requirements

• Lead interactive web projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, asset creation, data prep, solution management) to define project scope and translate client needs into actionable plans
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
• Facilitate team communication, stand-ups, and reviews to keep progress on track
• Identify risks and proactively communicate and resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery
• Support the Solution Manager in shaping project scopes and technical approaches
• Stay informed on emerging technologies - especially in AI and interactive media - and apply relevant insights to projects
• Conduct post-project evaluations to improve future workflows and outcomes
