Adjunct - HVAC Apprenticeship

Teach HVAC or Industrial apprenticeship trades courses, provide academic support, and evaluate student progress.

Requirements

• Working knowledge and skill of industrial trade principles, methods, and techniques
• Safety skills and the ability to use and maintain industry-related hand and power tools
• Knowledge of Computer/Technical Skills; Internet, Word, PowerPoint, Email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Excel, Word
• Must be a self-starter, creative in problem solving, exercise good judgments and ethics, and have superior customer service skills
• Excellent Communications skills
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum of four (4) years' experience in the HVAC trade
• Preference shown to applicants with Backflow, EPA and OSHA 10-Hour Construction certifications
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred
• Recommended: Have training in teaching techniques and adult learning styles
