Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• Minimum one (1) year documented work experience in the area of customer service
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting student success
• Capable of effectively working with a diverse student population
• Ability to use sound judgment and discretion while interacting with students and the general public
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications
• Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette
• Detailed oriented and ability to maintain strict accuracy
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-motivation
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at once
