Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Data & Analytics Program Manager to join our Finance Team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work fully remote, a hybrid schedule or in the office and will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and models that support critical financial and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 6–10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or advanced data roles
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Advanced SQL and strong experience with data modeling and large datasets
- Experience building data pipelines using ETL/ELT methodologies
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, SQL Server)
- Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages
- Strong ability to connect data solutions to business outcomes
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
