Senior Operations Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and models that support critical financial and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or advanced data roles
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
• Advanced SQL and strong experience with data modeling and large datasets
• Experience building data pipelines using ETL/ELT methodologies
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, SQL Server)
• Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages
• Strong ability to connect data solutions to business outcomes
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders
