Job Description
The Behavioral Health Counselor-MS Senior Licensed provides clinical services, including individual, group, and family counseling, within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves performing utilization review, discharge planning, and crisis intervention, as well as acting as a liaison with community and protective agencies.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field
- 5-7 years of relevant post-Master’s experience in mental health, healthcare, or community-based settings
- Current Indiana license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or HSPP
- Certification in crisis intervention (e.g., CPI) may be required or preferred
