Counselor-Behavioral Health MS Licensed

Behavioral Health Counselor – MS (PRN) to provide vital mental health services through a flexible, PRN schedule at Gateway Plaza. Facilitate patient involvement in treatment and educational activities, conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions, and perform utilization reviews.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution
• 3-5 years of relevant healthcare, mental health, or community-based experience preferred
• Current Indiana license in one of the following: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or HSPP
• Crisis intervention certification required within 90 days of hire
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
