Job Description
Indiana University Health is seeking a Full-Time, 12-hour shift Paramedic to provide care, transport, and treatment to ill and injured patients in emergency and non-emergency situations. Responsibilities include collecting and relaying patient information, adhering to regulatory requirements, and potentially driving ambulances to and from referral hospitals. This role requires knowledge of neonatal, infant, pediatric, adult, and elderly patients and may involve record keeping and billing processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- EMSCP (Emergency Medical Technician Proficiency)
- EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operator Course)
- NIMS 100, 200, 700, 800 (minimum)
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record
