Job Description
As a nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Graduation from a nationally accredited licensed practical nursing program
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) LPN license
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Successful completion of orientation
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
