Maintenance Technician

Performs scheduled and non-scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing secondary utility systems, and maintaining specialized machinery and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Indiana driver's license with proof of insurance
• General knowledge of electrical secondary systems, plumbing systems, fire system devices, and air systems
• Ability to read and interpret information from blueprints, schematics and diagrams
• General knowledge in the use of power and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of applicable building codes related to healthcare (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
