Job Description
IU Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home-based direct therapy intervention and consultative services to patients. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dedicated to supporting their team, and seeks excellence every day.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- May require credentialling for certification as an early interventionist
