Job Description
Physical Therapist position providing services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assists patients to reach maximum performance levels. Works in a Hospital at Home setting.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
