Job Description
Liberty Corner-Muncie is a multi-disciplinary specialty center offering Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy (SLP) services. It provides care to patients with neurological conditions and may offer orthopedic treatment depending on patient needs. They aim to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability through direct patient care and supervision.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in Indiana
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA
- Advanced life support certifications (may be required per unit/department specialty)
