Job Description
IU Health is looking for a Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assist patients to reach maximum performance levels.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
