IU Health is looking for a Physical Therapist to work at White Memorial Hospital in Monticello, IN. The Physical Therapist will provide physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and is adaptable to fast-paced settings.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty
