RCS-Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a critical part in helping senior leaders understand performance drivers, identify risk, and opportunity to make informed decisions within our Professional Billing & Collections organization.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with advanced data retrieval and analysis experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access (SQL knowledge required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff
• Proven ability to take initiative, manage priorities, and meet objectives independently
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle workflows (billing, follow-up, denials, collections) is preferred
