Registered Nurse - Primary Care - Ambulatory

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. The role offers the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while supporting preventive care and chronic disease management in a collaborative team of 24 providers in a primary care clinic. This is a PRN position with an expectation of 6–8 days per month, no call, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
