Requirements

• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) required for those newly hired or promoted into the position after October 1, 2025.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN License.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires incumbent to be highly adaptable, confident, and skilled in managing change.
• Experienced in multiple specialties or eager to broaden clinical scope required.
• Must possess strong communication skills with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
