Job Description
Indiana University Health is looking for passionate, experienced nurses and upcoming/recent RN graduates to join our team and collaborate with top medical professionals. As a Clinical Nurse Resource, you will serve as a vital member of the Indiana University Health system float pool, embodying the mission, vision, and values of IU Health.
Requirements
- Requires an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN License.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Requires incumbent to be highly adaptable, confident, and skilled in managing change.
- Experienced in multiple specialties or eager to broaden clinical scope required.
- Must possess strong communication skills with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
