Job Description
Indiana University Health is seeking a Vice President-Spiritual Care, Chaplaincy, & Congregational Partnerships to provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for IU Health's system-wide spiritual care services.
Requirements
- Master of Divinity degree or its equivalent
- Ordination or ecclesial endorsement
- Board certification with the Association of Professional Chaplains, Association for Clinical Pastoral Education or a cognate body with similar standards (preferred)
- 5 to 10 years' experience leading a business/system enterprise with capacity to work in a matrixed setting
