Job Description
The Assistant Operations Manager will assist the Operations Manager in planning, directing and overseeing the daily operations to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Requirements
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
- Extensive knowledge of operations and maintenance management
- Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and staff
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software
- Ability to interpret engineering/architectural drawings
- Ability to interpret project schedules
- Familiarity with environmental regulations/programs
- Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various trades working procedures and products used
- Knowledge of Building Authority Polices/Standards
