Maintenance Tech Supervisor

Manages and supervises the mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing department, equipment, preventative maintenance, repair and building alterations for the City-County Building, Marion County Jail and Department of Metropolitan Development properties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2 years previous management experience
• 5 years Previous experience and working knowledge with the preventive maintenance, repair and installation of various mechanical, HVAC and plumbing equipment, all types of refrigeration systems, fire sprinkler systems and lawn irrigation systems.
• Refrigerant recovery certification
• The ability to work well with others to include fellow employees, outside vendors, contractors and customers.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule.
