Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / QA Specialist to support the design and delivery of fintech digital products. The ideal candidate has experience working on banking, payments, lending, onboarding, KYC, account management, or other regulated digital financial products.
Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and regulatory-aware requirements for fintech digital products.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Translate financial product concepts into user stories, acceptance criteria, customer journeys, process flows, and supporting documentation.
- Plan and execute QA activities across web and mobile digital financial products.
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, regression test suites, and UAT documentation.
- Perform functional, usability, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
