Indie Campers is a global leader in road-trip travel, operating one of the largest campervan and RV fleets worldwide. As an Assistant Rental Manager, you will co-oversee the daily operations of a small depot, executing and coordinating all workflows personally, ensuring smooth operational flow, strong customer service, accurate documentation, and reliable fleet readiness.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
• Strong hands-on operational capability
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle physical tasks during high-volume periods
• Driving License (Category B) required
• English proficiency (mandatory) and French (nice to have)
