Job Description
Indie Campers is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a small depot, execute and coordinate rental workflows, and provide customer service. The role is 70–80% hands-on and requires a strong hands-on operational capability and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
Requirements
- Execute and coordinate all rental workflows
- Track daily KPIs
- Promote ancillary products through value-based selling
- Conduct basic RV/van checks
- Maintain complete accuracy of fleet status and readiness in the operational systems
