Fleet Management - Internship

Indie Campers is looking for a Fleet Management Intern to support regional fleet operations and assist in managing a group of local depots. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in fleet management processes and contribute to operational results.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Transport Management, Fleet Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Operations, or similar fields
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a hands-on mindset
• Organized and analytical, with interest in data-driven decision-making
• Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured procedures
• Team player, able to collaborate with central and local teams
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Fluency in German or Italian is a plus
