We are seeking a Camper Rental Staff Member to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial results. The role combines customer service, sales, and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hotel management, rental, or the automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Ability to understand and explain technical systems of motorhomes/vehicles
• Practical, flexible, and solution-oriented working style under pressure
• Experience with CRM tools, rental systems, or digital sales systems
• Organizational talent, attention to detail, and proactive working style in dealing with customers and leads
• Class B driving license
• English language skills
• German language skills (advantage)
