Regional Operations Manager

Indie Campers is a fast-growing, tech-driven company looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple depots, ensuring high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent execution of SOPs.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in hands-on operational roles
• 3-5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high-volume depots
• Proven ability to manage depot financials, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationships
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (and local language if applicable)
