Rental Branch Supervisor role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating workflows, and ensuring high-quality customer experience in a small depot. The role requires hands-on operational capability, multitasking, and prioritization, with a focus on delivering seamless service coordination and consistent customer-centric experience.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
- Strong hands-on operational capability, with the ability to step into daily depot workflows
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle physical tasks during high-volume periods
- Driving License (Category B) required
- English proficiency (mandatory) and French (nice to have)
