Rental Service Agent

Indie Campers is a global leader in road trip travel, offering thousands of customers the freedom to explore the world in fully equipped campervans and RVs. The Rental Service Agent is a dual-focused role: Customer Experience Champion for rentals and Sales Specialist for RV purchase demos and conversions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.
• Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and rental systems.
• Driving License (Category B) required.
• English and Italian proficiency.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day.
• Ability to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg).
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules.
