Job Description
The Rental Service Agent is a dual-focused role: Customer Experience Champion for rentals and Sales Specialist for RV purchase demos and conversions. The role requires delivering memorable customer experiences, driving commercial results, and maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Rental systems proficiency
- Driving License (Category B) required
- English and Italian proficiency
