The Site Lead plays a vital role in achieving Indie Campers' mission at a local level by ensuring high-quality car rental operations, smooth service coordination, and a customer-centric experience.

Requirements

• Executing and coordinating all rental workflow: check-in, check-out, documentation, and system updates (including cleaning and maintenance);
• Tracking daily KPIs;
• Promoting ancillary products through value-based sales;
• Conducting basic checks on RVs/vans (battery, water systems, gas, lights, tires);
• Escalating complex technical or mechanical problems to regional service teams;
• Maintaining complete accuracy of fleet status and availability in operational systems;
• Coordinating daily shifts, priorities, and task allocation within the small team, including demonstrating SOPs and integration tasks for new hires;
• Supervising preparation and presentation of RVs for sales meetings;
