- Serve as a senior, day-to-day strategic partner to client stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, working sessions, and presentations with confidence and clarity

- Ensure workstreams remain aligned to scope, priorities, and business impact

- Lead sprints to evaluate and adopt new tools, and to help define how AI is integrated into operations, insights, measurement, and deliverables

- Data, Insights & Strategic Storytelling
- Lead the synthesis of performance data, consumer insights, and competitive research into cohesive narratives
- Define and evolve KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success metrics across initiatives
- Craft compelling strategic stories that inspire confidence, align teams, and move clients to action
- Mentorship & Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor junior strategy team members, providing guidance on thinking, structure, and client communication
